CPANS is pleased to announce the January Edmonton Luncheon Topic: Carbon Competitiveness Incentive Regulation Introducing Alberta’s New Industrial Carbon Pricing System.  On January 1st, Alberta transitioned from the Specified Gas Emitters’ Regulation to a new system to price carbon emissions from larger industrial facilities, as per committed in the Climate Leadership Plan.
