2026 CPANS ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Venue: Downtown Calgary Ramada (708 8 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1H2)
General Information
The 2026 CPANS annual conference will be held at the Downtown Calgary Ramada, Calgary, Alberta. Participants at this conference will include environmental researchers, educators, students, environmental managers, other professionals, environmental industry representatives, and policy makers. The conference will be a great opportunity for attendees to develop new collaborations and share knowledge with experts from various fields in air and waste management.
Breakfast and lunch will be served, with light snacks available on the breaks. Appetizers will be served during the cocktail mixer when the conference concludes. Please register a minimum of 1 week before the conference if you have any dietary restrictions so that the catering service can order accordingly.

Accommodations
CPANS has a group rate at the Ramada which can be accessed until April 18th, 2026. To access, call to make your reservation (403-263-7600) and mention ‘CPANS Annual Conference and AGM’. Two room types are available: Queen bed standard ($248) and Queen bed with a balcony ($265), some additional upgrades may be available.
