DESCRIPTION:Title: Environmental Due-Diligence  by  Susan McRory\, Chair Land and Property Rights  Tribunal \nSpeaker: \nSusan has been a lawyer for over 40 years\, 33 as a prosecutor.  For the first 13 years of her career she dealt with serious and violent crime;  as a circuit prosecutor in Peace River\, then Chief Crown in the Vegreville judicial district and then moving to Edmonton where she became known as an expert in child sexual assault prosecutions. From 1993 to 2013 she was the Environmental Coordinator for Environmental Prosecutions for the Province of Alberta\, a fancy title for being responsible for all environmental prosecutions in Alberta\, not as a policy person\, but standing there in the courtroom.
