After careful consideration, the CPANS board has decided to move the conference that was planned for May 2019 to a later date after the summer. Participants of the CPANS conference typically include environmental researchers, educators, students, environmental managers, environmental industries and policy makers. The conference provides an opportunity for attendees to share knowledge and expertise on a variety of topics, including regulatory updates and trends. CPANS is committed to providing a neutral forum for the exchange of the most relevant and up to date information. With this goal in mind, and taking into account the Alberta provincial election being held later this month, we believe that moving the conference to a later date is the best decision at this time. To those who have submitted abstracts, we will keep the submissions for the future conference. Please contact Kim O’Neill (Kim.ONeill@aecom.com) for any other information. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to hosting an excellent event once the conference is rescheduled.
